He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Creech of Slemp, KY; his children, Kimberly Henson (John) of Harlan, KY and Roger Keith Creech (Lisa); his grandchildren, James Dixon, Hailey, Tyler Dixon, Jordan, Katlyn Wells, Brandon, Kari Chesser and Lucas; his sisters, Yvonne Steely of Middlesboro, KY, Karen McIntyre and Jerry of Viper, KY; his sister-in-law Linda Kay Creech of Slemp, KY; and his stepfather Rev. Merrill Campbell of LaFollette, TN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
