She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Cornett and Polly Adams Cornett; her sons, RJ Couch and Rocky Couch; and her siblings, Irene Couch, Iva Jean Holbrook, Munyean Campbell, Elam and Henry Cornett.
She is survived by: her husband John Couch Jr.; her children, Abby Gail Couch of Slemp, KY and Steven Couch (Marilyn) of Slemp, KY; and her brother Larry Forester Cornett (Theresa) of Leslie County, KY. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; three great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family & friends.
