She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kylee, Brylee, Scarlett, John Wyatt, Oaklyn and Clayton; her father Jimmy Dow Mounts (Ruth) of Slaughters, KY; her husband Jeff Crowley; her children, Michael Scott (Ashley) of Madisonville, KY, Brandon Scott (Whitney) of Madisonville, KY, Caleb Crowley (Krista) of Hanson, KY, Seth Crowley (Hannah) of Henderson, KY and Morgan Crowley of Slaughters, KY; her sister Lori Gonzalez (Daniel) of Sebree, KY; her mother-in-law Kathy Crowley of Onton, KY; her brothers, Brad Tucker and Andrew Sexton; and her friends, Cathy Blanford, Phyllis Patterson Deanna Bloodworth and Valerie Link. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
