She is survived by: her children, Cindy Goff (Jimmy) of Slaughters, KY, Lisa Jackson (Jeff) of Biloxi, MS and Matt Duncan (Dawn) of Louisville, KY; her grandchildren, Jennifer Clark (Brandon), Barbara McIntosh, Leslie Brown (Jeremy), Joshuah Jackson (Amy), Josef Jackson, Haley Duncan and Harper Duncan; and her great grandchildren, Hayden Clark, Hannah Clark, Mackenzie McIntosh, Mia Brown and Caroline Jackson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
