She is survived by: her husband Dale Clark; her sons, Brandon Clark (Jennifer) of Slaughters and Ryan Clark (Michelle) of Madisonville, KY; and her siblings, Mark Thomas of Slaughters, Lea Wilson (DeWayne) of Slaughters, Kim Buchanan (Steve) of Madisonville and Jane Shanks (Eugene) of Sacramento, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
