She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Poole and Bessie Poole; her husband James Wells; her son James Edwin "Jimmy" Wells; and her great grandchild Alaina Grace Guthrie.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Wells (Sherry) of Slaughters, KY and Lyndall Ray Wells of Slaughters, KY; her sister Glenda Long of Owensboro, KY; her grandchildren, Joni Faye Richmond, Hollie Nicole Guthrie and Clint Justin Wells; and her great grandchildren, Morgan Richmond, Mason Richmond, Casey Jo Wells, Emma Shae Wells and Addie Grace Wells. She is also survived by 1 niece and 1 nephew and several cousins.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, private family graveside services will be held at Easter Lily Cemetery in Slaughters, KY.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Anthony's Hospice 2410 S. Green St Henderson, KY 42420.
