He is survived by: his wife Saundra Johnson of Louisville, KY; his children, Michele Madden (David) of Lawrenceburg, KY, Sandy Nance (Shane) of Slaughters, KY, Kim Turner (George) of Elizabethtown, KY and Bo Johnson (Sandy) of Louisville, KY; his siblings, Faye Williams of Clay, KY, Tommie Jean Warren of Princeton, KY, Sandy McLemore of Prattville, Lynn Walker of Madisonville, KY and Bennie Johnson of Marion, KY; and his grandchildren, Alexandra Hall, Cody Johnson, Katilyn Garrett, Elizabeth Madden, Ryan Madden, Nathan Johnson and Jacob Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
