He is survived by: his wife Nina Miller; his son David Miller of Bowling Green; his stepchildren, Mike McKinney of Owensboro, Sam McKinney (Jane) of Owensboro, Doris Jewell of Beech Grove and Betty McKinney of Slaughters; and his grandson Clutch Miller. He is also survived by several step grandchildren; several step great grandchildren; and several cousins.
