He is survived by: his wife Pam; his parents, James Carlie and Melinda Sue Dailey of Sturgis, KY; his children, Christopher Lane Dailey (Kendra) of Norfolk, VA and Mallory Elaine Dailey of Spottsville, KY; his grandchildren, Ramzee and Bentley; his sisters, Rhonda Jo Burnette (Sandy) of Henderson, KY and Marcie Anne Dailey of Sturgis, KY; his nephews, Tyler James Burnette, Seth Thomas Burnette and John Michael Dailey; and his niece Josie Carlie Hope Dailey.
