She is survived by: her husband Bobby Newton of Slaughters, KY; her children, James Newton of Slaughters, KY, Debra Cardwell (Donnie), Cleda Barber (Doug) and Ronald Newton (Ann) of Slaughters; and her siblings, Wanda Gay Cumens and Hayden Gibson.
