He was predeceased by: his father William E. Fox. He is survived by: his mother Lydia Neal McLaughlin (Thomas) of Corydon, KY; his wife Leslie Dorey Fox of Slaughters; his children, Hayden Fox (Miranda) of Henderson and Hannah Fox of Owensboro, KY; his stepchildren, Hunter Winstead and Malorie Montgomery (Andrew); his brother Ernie Fox (Melissa) of Clay, KY; his stepsiblings, Tommy, Ricky, Timmy, Steven, Randy, Robert and Linda; his granddaughter Evelynn Fox; and his stepgrandchildren, Sophia Montgomery and Sabastian Montgomery. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
