She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Cardwell and Evelynn Groves Cardwell; her daughter Holly Ann Melton; and her brother Ronnie Cardwell. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Melton of Slaughters; her children, Ronda Villines (Jody) of Hanson, KY and Chris Melton (Jill) of Nortonville, KY; and her siblings, Ann Gibson of Dixon, KY, Linda Smith of Eddyville, KY, Donnie Cardwell of Slaughters and Tommy Cardwell of White Plains. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
