She is survived by: her daughter SheilaPuckett of Slaughters, KY; her daughter-in-law Carol Barnett; her sisters, Charlotte Harp of Arkansas, Phyllis Gray of Nortonville, KY and Ruby Sanford of Oregon; and her grandchildren, Eddie, Christopher, Billy, Toni and Jessica. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
