He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvil Couch and Gladys Couch; his brothers, Billy Harold Couch, Tensley "Ducky" Couch and Raymond Burton; the mother of his children Irene Everhart; and his close friend Lonzie.
He is survived by: his children, Trina (Leonard Conner), Doug (Krystal Couch), Robert (Sherry Couch), Ericka (Elias Rameriz), Tara (Michael Taylor) and Jeff (Tracee Couch); his sisters, Geneva Sizemore of Lily, KY and Lily Carol Carter of Cincinnati, OH.; and also Pam.
