P.) of Buckhorn, KY and Malinda Campbell (Arnold) of London, KY; his siblings, Roger (Donya), Diane Sizemore and Sherri Potter (Shawn); his grandchildren, Brayden, Keara, Tucker and Sarabella; his nieces, Jamie Kay Bailey (Jamie), River Potter and Malena Sizemore; his nephew Christopher Gibson; his great-nephews, Trustin and Bryson; and his great-niece Morgan Rice.
