She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Kestner and Ola Rowland Kestner; and her siblings, Arville Kestner, Delby "Hardtimes" Kestner, Bobby Gene Kestner, Kenny Ray Kestner, Nancy Carol Kestner, Joyce Kestner Dennison and Donna Ratliff.
She is survived by: her siblings, Paul Kestner (Margie) of Tennessee, Roger Kestner (Francis) of Sitka, Larry Kestner (Neda) of Salyersville, Janette Kestner of Paintsville, Janie Wiley (Joe) of Sitka and Judy Eslinger of Boons Camp; and her nephew Jeremy Wiley of Sitka. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
