She is survived by: her daughter Kim Tackett (Kenny) of Staffordsville, Kentucky; her siblings, Manuel Meade of Oil Springs, Stevie Meade of Ohio, George Meade of Ohio, Ida Meade of Ohio, Gracie Burchett of Floyd County and Wilma Staniford of Staffordsville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Jessica Maire Tackett (Billy Fields) and Brian Matthew Tackett; and her great grandchild Bryson Grant Fields. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
