With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard King of Sitka, Kentucky, who passed away on March 24, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd King and Julia Burton King; his wife Rachel Michel Hayes King; and his siblings, Chester James King, Floyd King, Jr., Charlie King, Mack King, Bill King, Henry King, Hampton King, Dora King, Emma Flannery, Rosie Davis, Clora Cantrell, Vina Faye Chandler and Ludy King.

He is survived by: his children, Chester King of Staffordsville, Kentucky and Melissa King of Staffordsville, Kentucky; and his granddaughter Summer Elizabeth Michelle King.
