He is survived by: his fiancée Rose Wagoner; his children, Christy Lynn Reffett, Shirley Seagraves, Melissa Wagoner and Glendale Wagoner; his siblings, Checkie Burke, Matthew Burke, Dave Burke, Juanita Dorton, Hazel Fairchild, Rose Napier and Martha Difrancisco; his grandchildren, Shirchrista Salyer (Josh), Venus Antrim (Brad), Tylor Wagoner, Tracie Gamble (Wesley Rowland), Kiara Gamble (Mick Newsom), David Reffett, Jr. (Kalee), Dakota Wagoner (Jessica Eldridge), Gary Johnson (Heaven), Mary Johnson, Bryanna Seagraves, Becky Carter (Brandon) and Anthony Wagoner; and his great grandchildren, Daytona, Conway, Carter, Abel, Ella, Paisleigh, Aurora, Esmee, Wilder, Damon, Blayd, Rayden, Brittley, Braylee, Bryson, Brianna, Daylia, Marisa and Nevaeh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Family Cemetery.
