She was predeceased by: her parents, John Q. Caldwell and Flora Ratliff Caldwell; her husband Raymond Dale, Jr.; and her sisters, Betty Meade and Molly Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher R. Dale (Janet) of Hustonville, Kentucky and Penny L. Palmer (Teddy) of Lousia, Kentucky; her siblings, Billy Caldwell of Ohio, Bobby Caldwell of Stambaugh, Kentucky and Shirlene Clark of Sabastian, Florida; her grandchildren, Mikie Dale (Brittany), Dylan Meadows and Jordan Meadows; and her great grandchildren, Weston Dale and Eva Grace Dale.
