He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Stambaugh and Georgia Ann Stambaugh; his wife Garnett Grace Jones Stambaugh; his son Ora Lee Conley; his grandsons, Trevor Conley and Lucas Conley; and his sisters, Deloris Hensley and Ethel Woods.
He is survived by: his children, Jason Stambaugh of Sitka, Kentucky and Scarlett Conley (Ocenious Stambaugh) of Marysville, Ohio; and his sisters, Norma Penny of Louisiana, Judy Hendendrickson of Ashland, Bonnie Baldwin of Sitka, Brenda Jarrell of Prestonsburg, Debbie Boyd of Prestonsburg and Carrie Jarrell of Morehead, Kentucky. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
