Blackburn (Amanda) of Louisville and Jackie Michelle Blackburn of Shelbyville; and her siblings, Mary K. Evans of Frankfort, Barbara Ann Bland-Clay of Richmond, Angela Lewis (Michael) of Louisville, Lina Mumphrey (Gary) of Shelbyville, Jackie Murphy of Shelbyville, William Patrick Evans of LaGrange, Michael Deson of Henry County, Billy Deson of Henry County, David Lee Evans of Louisville and James Robert Foree Evans of Louisville. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
