Sterling, KY and Andy West of Surprise; his stepdaughter Debbie Partika of Cincinnati, Ohio.; and his siblings, Beulah Walker of Strunk, KY, Wilma King of Oneida, TN, Charles West (Kim) of Indiana and Wayne West (Deanna) of Murfreesboro, TN..
