He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Walters and Viola Hinkle Walters; and his siblings, Johnny Walters (Donna) and Norma. He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Mullins (Steve), Tammy Walters, Kathy Daugherty (Ray) and Missy Lockard (Robert); and his sisters, Hazel Sammons (Benny) and Naomi Smith (Freddie).
