She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sr. Quiggins and Minnie Quiggins (Gipson) of Louisville; and her siblings, Frank Quiggins, Duke Quiggins, Mary Lou Hasting, Johnny Quiggins and Morris Quiggins.
She is survived by: her husband Charles B. Miller, Jr.; her children, Melissa "Missy" Klimusko (Allan), James "Jimmy" Miller (Rhonda) and Leann Miller; her grandchildren, Tyler Elder, Hayden Elder, George Walters, Ethan Miller, Robert Miller and Henry Miller; her great grandchild Grayson Walters; and her siblings, James Quiggins Sr. and Betty Franke.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Home (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church (1925 Lewiston Dr, Shively, KY 40216). A burial will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at the Follow Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery (279 Landis Ln, Mt Washington, KY 40047).
