With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Joey Ware (Shively, Kentucky), born in Elmhurst, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Joey left this world on December 29, 2024 at the age of 25, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He is survived by: his parents, Marie Ware and Mark Ware; his siblings, Liam, Brianna and Autumn Ware; his daughter Vera Jacobs; and his aunts and uncles, Bill Ware (Barbara Turner), Michael Ware (Cindy), Scott Ware (Terri), Douglas Green (Wanda), Karen Roby (Kirk Kron) and Kathy Duvall.
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church (1925 Lewiston Dr, Shively, KY 40216).
The family kindly requests that contributions be made to Landmark Recovery Center in Joey's memory.
