He was predeceased by: his parents, William Spicer and Jerry Spicer; and his brother John Spicer. He is survived by: his wife Donna Spicer; his daughters, Erin Spicer of Shepherdsville and Sydney Spicer of Elizabethtown; and his granddaughter DeLaney Spicer. He is also survived by family members and numerous friends.
