He was predeceased by: his parents, James B. Ray and Lucille Howard; and his brother James L. Ray (Jimmy). He is survived by: his children, Annette Smith (Terry) of Big Clifty, Teresa Cravens (Bobby) of Shepherdsville and Barbara Simcoe of Shepherdsville; and his brother Larry Douglas Ray (Kim) of Illinois. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
