He was predeceased by: his mother Caroline Harris Diehl (Ritter); his stepfather Fred Diehl; and his brother James Harris. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Harris; and his children, William Harris, Jr., Melissa Reece and Amanda Breckenridge. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
