He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Coulter; his sons, William Coulter, Jr. (Jackie) and Chris Coulter (Tammie); his son-in-law Billy Warren; his grandchildren, Jennifer Warren, Amber Pearson (J. R.), Brandon Warren, Christina Coleman (Chase), Christian Coulter-Boston (Ashley), Jenna Coulter, Lil Chris Coulter and Christopher Patton; his great grandchildren, Brittany, Breanna Warren, Caiden Coulter-Boston, Autumn Coulter-Boston, Zeke Coulter, Izzy Coleman, Jack Coleman, Piper Coleman and Heidi Coleman; and his siblings, Larry Coulter, Connie Colvin (Mike), Bobby Coulter, Sammy Coulter (Linda) and Linda Carol Rogers (Richard). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
