He is survived by: his wife Shaune Clark of Shelbyville, IN; his siblings, Harvey Bridgford (Beth) of Acton, IN, LaChrista Klosterkemper of Greensburg, IN, Tandy Lewis (Mark) of Stephenville, TX, Tracie Wilson of Indianapolis, IN, Glen Gerholdt (Cathy) of Shelbyville, IN and Beverly Songer (Ron) of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Jacob and Kolten; and his son Joshua Crickmore. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
