She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Wilkinson and Anna Wilkinson; her husband Elbert Brown; and her siblings, Charles Vernon Wilkinson, Glenn Irwin Wilkinson, Ellen June Wilkinson, Anna Mae Cotton, Nancy Lou Feest, Melvin Clyde Wilkinson, Jack Leroy Wilkinson and Gerald "Jerry" Nelson Wilkinson.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Wayne Norris (Gail), Victor Neil Norris (Alison), Cheryl Smith and Deborah A. Renfeldt (Robert); and her sister Mary Kathleen Norman. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
