She is survived by: her husband Alan Billings; her children, Christy Cloud (Ben) and Joshua Tuttle (Jessie); her grandsons, Dalton Cloud, Landon Cloud, Joshua Tuttle, Jr., Jasper Tuttle, Jared Tuttle and Jacob Tuttle; and her brother Gerald Whitley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other dear family and friends.
