With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Schott of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, who passed away on April 5, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Schott; his parents, Walter Schott and Dorothy Schott; his brother Wanye Schott; and his grandson Corey Corum.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn Lancaster of Shepherdsville and Crystal Stone of Shepherdsville; his sister-in-law Kathy Schott; his grandchildren, Mac Holbrook, Shelly Holbrook, Steven Stone and Amber Burris; and his great great grandchildren, Gage Stone, Willow Stone, Derrick Holbrook, Immanuel Holbrook, Kaylee Feadughrici, Theo Holbrook and Braydon.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar Maraman Billings Funeral Home (605 Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (4623 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40213).
