We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2019, at the age of 66, Walter Chelf Rives (Shepherdsville, Kentucky), born in Louisville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony "Tony" Joseph and Betty Rives (Chelf). He is survived by: his wife Janice Kay Rives (Hall); his children, Jason Michael Rives and Shanna Lynn Stone; his grandson Caleb Michael Stone; his brothers, Charles Louis Rives (Sharon) and Shannon L. Rives (Tonya); his father-in-law James "J. C."; and his nieces and nephews, Aaron Rives, Christopher Rives (Lisa), Tony Rives, Alex Rives (Charslie), Dallas Rives, James Bell (Sara) and Kelly Durst (J. T.).
