With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Ruth Welker of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 24, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Bill Hatton; and her husband James Welker. She is survived by: her children, Marsha Jacoby, David "Sonny" Welker (Vickie), James "Tony" Welker (Pam), Dan Welker (Jo Carol) and Steve Welker (Tonya). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
