It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virgil William Jackson of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, who passed away on June 9, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Jackson and Grace Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Norma Jackson; his children, Vickie Jackson of Elizabethtown, Gail Walker (Jimmy) of Shepherdsville, Jimmy Jackson (Robert Raybin) of Seattle, Bruce Jackson (Esther) of Shepherdsville and Sandra Skaggs (Joe Ray Newton) of Shepherdsville; and his sister Shelia Cox of McDaniels. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; additional family members and numerous friends.
