He was predeceased by: his mother Melissa Humphrey; his grandfather David Cochran; and his uncle Brian Christopher Blevens. He is survived by: his father David Blevens of Shepherdsville, KY; his sister Brittany Morgan (Reid); his son Kendrick Blevens; his grandparents, Lida Bain (Nick), Ramona Clark (Art) and David Lee "Joe" Blevens (Veronica); his uncle Joe Blevens (Susan); and his cousins, Ashley Hall of Marengo, IN, Alyssa Blevens and Christopher Blevens.
The service will be streamed online to the Hager Funeral Home Facebook page, as the funeral home is limited to a specific number of people due to COVID-19.
