She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia Breed Brown. She is survived by: her children, Heather Garcia, Joshua Burnett and Jessica Burnett; her father Joseph Brown; and her brother Joseph Crow. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
The family suggest memorial contributions be made in Tonya's memory to the funeral home.
