He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Foster Noe and Frances Louise Noe. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Noe; his daughters, Alana Satterly (Shawn) and Kimberly Jones (Chris); his siblings, James Noe (Lavon), Harold Noe and Hazel Hoffman; and his grandchildren, Alexa, Westin, Mia, Silas, Waylon, Lucas, Esdon, Bennett and Abram.
