He was predeceased by: his parents, George Warren and Katie Warren (Werner); and his siblings, Kathy Massey and David Warren. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Warren (Bundy); his son Andrew Warren (Lynn); and his siblings, Debbie Lynch, Sarah Sterling and Mark Warren. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
