He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Daniel Sr. and Ella Moore. He is survived by: his wife Dedra Moore; his son Shawn Matthew Moore (Samantha) of Shepherdsville; his siblings, Carolyn Simmons (Lenny) of Shepherdsville, Joyce Smith of Shepherdsville and Ronald D. Moore (Rose) of Shepherdsville; and his grandson Tucker Cole Moore. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
