He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Sr. Noltemeyer and Bettye Ball Noltemeyer; and his brother James Noltemeyer. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Noltemeyer; his children, Ron Noltemeyer and Michelle Noltemeyer-Bowling (Jason); his granddaughter Samantha Bowling; and his siblings, Phillip Noltemeyer (Alice), Phyllis Shepherd (Bobby), John Noltemeyer (Shirley), Joe Noltemeyer, Carol Thompson (Jeff) and Rick Noltemeyer (Jeanie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
