He is survived by: his wife Doris Adams (Harrison); his children, Tommy Adams, Jr. (Tammy), Leslye Adams (Brad) and Jay Adams; his son-in-law Zell Klein; and his grandchildren, Jamie, Nick, Corey, Adison, Bailey and Zach. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
