She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Casey and Mary Belle Casey; her husband James Leroy Girtley; her children, Allen Girtley and Edith Blissett; and her siblings, JoAnn, JT and Ancel Casey.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Blissett (Richard), Rebecca Daniel (Elmer), Mike Girtley (Gloria), Karen Blissett, Meade and Evelyn Whitehouse (Danny); her son-in-law Joe Blissett; and her sisters, Isabelle Johnson and Wanda Montgomery. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
