She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Evangeline Hazelipe and Kenneth Russell; and her siblings, Kevin Franklin and Shelby Dawn Russell. She is survived by: her parents, Connie Arms and Danny Bell of Burnside, KY; her children, Bobby Gage Baker of Shepherdsville and Alyssa Baker of Shepherdsville; her fiancé Jason Allen Mattingly; her siblings, Dennis Russell of Springfield, KY and LeeAnn Wilson (Larry Martin) of Shepherdsville; her stepsiblings, Sylvia Clark of Sonora, KY and Christopher Clark of Sandy Hook, KY; and the father of her children Bobby Ray Baker. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Services will be private to the family due to Covid-19.
