Oakes and David Alexander "Alex" Oakes; his grandchildren, Sierra, Ashley, Jacob, Madison, Triston, Brian, Richard and Juan; his siblings, Larry Barnes, Darryl Oakes, Janice Reynolds, Beverly Schneider, Mickey Oakes, Krista and Shelley; and also Charlotte Oakes. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
