He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ramsey and Kathryn "Kitty" Ramsey; his son Bradley Ramsey; his great grandchild Dax; and his siblings, Mary Woods and James Ramsey.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Ramsey; his children, Steve Ramsey and Ashleigh Shoemaker (Jason); his daughter-in-law Mary Ramsey; his grandchildren, Steven, Makayla, Payton, Alex, Brianna, Emily, Malorie, Jackson, Daphne and Gage; his great grandchildren, Roan, Olivia and Curtis; and his brother Bobby Ramsey.
