He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Watkins and Ruby Cox (Bracy); and his sisters, Cynthia Rose Anderson and Ruby Darlene Southward. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Travis (Stephen), Bonnie Abell (Raymond) and Stephen L. Watkins (Glenda); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Joshua (Ada), Jeremy (Kerry), Ayla (Orville) and Abigail (Matt); his great grandchildren, Eastin, Ripp, Vincent and Kane; and his brother Jerry Watkins (Marilyn). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
