He was predeceased by: his parents, Ripley Johnson and Ruby Johnson; and his brother Tillman Gower. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Johnson; his children, Matthew Edward Johnson (Pamela Reichle) and Teresea Ann Dodson; his brother Hoyt Johnson (Betty Streetman); his grandchildren, Nichole Marie Harvey and Mikel Sherman Dodson; and his great grandchildren, Quiana and Casey Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
